Advanced Dentistry of Alhambra
We are state -of-the-art private dental practice looking to hire a dedicated back office dental assistant who can take diagnostic x-rays, keep the examination rooms clean and assist the dentist during patient appointments. This position is available immediately to start on a full or part-time terms.

Dental assistant responsibilities:

Take x-rays.
Assist doctors during procedures.
Take impressions.
Sterilize instruments.
Clean and disinfect room after a procedure.
Set up the treatment room for the procedures.
Offer patients advice and education necessary to maintain good oral hygiene.
Maintain infection control according to OSHA requirements.
Maintain patient record with the utmost confidentiality.
Front desk experience: scheduling appointments and insurance verifications is plus.
Dental assistant qualifications and requirements:

– Must have a valid California x-ray license.

– One year experience as a dental assistant is required.

– Good customer service skills

– Basic computer knowledge.

– Comfortable working with patients of all ages.
