| We are looking for an Orthodontic Assistant (OA or RDA) to join our modern orthodontic office in Orange County on a part-time basis. DA certification is ok if planning to get RDA or OA. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn. The ideal person is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment while providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities include assisting chairside, helping maintain clinical flow, preparing operatories, and supporting the team to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a lead role with strong potential for leadership and career development for the right person.
