Front Office Desk- Entry Level Position

This in an entry-level position. Therefore no experience is necessary, we are willing to train anyone who is looking for a long term job.

FULL-TIME Schedule/Hours:

Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Saturdays 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
Requirements:

Bilingual is a must (English/Spanish)
Great customer service
Show up consistently and on-time, every time.
Gets along well with others and has a supportive team-player attitude.
Possess a strong attention detail and desire to get things done quickly and correctly.
Adapt well to a fast-paced environment where changes occur frequently.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
Ability to multi-task
Neat/Organized
Responsibilities:

Schedule/Cancel appointments
Process Payments
Verify Insurances
Check Voicemails
Answer Phone Calls
Minimum Level of Education Required “High School Diploma”

**Must have reliable transportation (Car and Driver’s License)
