| We are looking for a competent Office Assistant (preferably a dental assistant) to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. We need someone who is kind, friendly, and professional. We are looking for someone is is computer savvy and takes the initiative to complete tasks. We are willing to hire a dental assistant that would like to learn the front office. Currently the position is part time but may turn into full time in the future. **MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO WEST HOLLYWOOD**
Responsibilities Organize office and assist office manager File patient charts Bill dental insurance Maintain trusting relationships with patients Perform receptionist duties- answer phones/schedule appointments/ send reports to dentists Collect payments/post payments Skills Proven experience as an office assistant Knowledge of dental insurances Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Previous dental experience preferred * PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE* |
