Our established fee-for-service general dentistry practice in West Hollywood is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Office Team Member to join our growing practice.
This is NOT your typical front desk job — you’ll be part of a modern, patient-focused team working alongside 3 experienced general dentists in a positive, supportive environment.
No insurance headaches here — we are OUT OF NETWORK (fee-for-service)!
That means NO insurance verifications, NO fighting with insurance companies, and NO endless hold times.
Just focus on what matters: patients, communication, and a smooth-running office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answering phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments (hygiene + doctor visits)
Managing emails and patient communication
Reviewing patient health histories and updating charts
Checking patients in/out and coordinating daily flow
Posting charges and handling patient accounts
Working with Dentrix (scheduling, charting, billing)
Working with Dexis (digital imaging software knowledge preferred)
Filing and maintaining electronic patient records
Supporting both front office and light back office coordination (optional assisting exposure)
Helping keep the day running smoothly and efficiently

Position Details
Position: Full-Time Dental Front Office / Receptionist
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
Weekends: Never
Holidays: Closed on all major holidays
Benefits: Health insurance available + 401(k) retirement plan
PTO: Paid time off available
Parking: Paid parking provided
Uniforms: Provided after 90-day probation period
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
What We’re Looking For

Willingness to learn dental systems and workflow
Experience with Dentrix/Dexis preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
Dental knowledge is a BIG plus — but not required if you’re a fast learner
