We’d like to hire a dental assistant who is well-organized with excellent customer service skills. We seek from our employees values of honesty, work ethics, and empathy for neighbors. Being able to work seamlessly as a team and trust one another are essential especially in a small, family office.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare operatory and assist Dentist chair-side
-Provide comfortable directions and experience for patients
-Sterilization of instruments and cleaning operatories, waiting room, restroom
-Conduct inventory and stock
-Other administrative tasks (e.g. answering phone calls, making appointments)

Skills:
-Spanish-speaking (preferred)
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
-Proficient knowledge and use of technology (e.g. computers)

Minimum Requirement:
-High school diploma
-1-year dental assistant working experience [willing to train!]
-Physical demand (e.g. standing for long periods, carry up to 40 pounds, etc)
