Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth workflow.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.

Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments effectively.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation.

Provide patient education on oral health and post-treatment care.

Support the front desk with administrative tasks as needed.

Lead and train new staff members in clinical procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

Certified dental assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred.

Proficient in dental software and patient management systems.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
