CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Student has the right to cancel this Enrollment Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of signing the Agreement (excluding Sundays and holidays). The seventy-two (72) hour cancellation period begins on the date the Enrollment Agreement is signed and is not based on the Program start date.
If cancellation is made within seventy-two (72) hours of enrollment, the Student will receive a refund of all
payments made, less:

A $200.00 non-refundable administrative fee

The cost of any books, scrubs, supplies, kits, equipment, or materials that have been issued, ordered, prepared, processed, or made available to the Student
Cancellation is effective on the date written notice is received by the School. Written notice may be delivered in person, by email, or by mail to the School administration.
If materials have been distributed, opened, prepared, processed, or specially ordered for the Student, such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
CANCELLATION AFTER THE 72-HOUR PERIOD (PRIOR TO PROGRAM START)
After expiration of the seventy-two (72) hour cancellation period, tuition becomes non-refundable except as
expressly provided below.
If a Student cancels after the seventy-two (72) hour period but before attending the first scheduled course session
of the Program:

The $200.00 administrative fee is non-refundable

Books, scrubs, supplies, kits, equipment, and materials are non-refundable

Tuition will be recalculated at the full Program rate; any discounts, promotional pricing, scholarships, or special
rate adjustments are void upon cancellation

The School may retain tuition sufficient to cover the reserved seat if the Student’s position in the Program cannot be fulfilled
Enrollment confirms a designated seat in a limited-capacity Program. Upon execution of this Agreement, the School immediately begins instructional planning, administrative processing, faculty scheduling, and preparation of Program materials in reliance upon the Student’s enrollment.
The Student acknowledges that cancellation after the seventy-two (72) hour period results in forfeiture of the reserved seat and associated costs incurred by the School.
The Student agrees not to dispute, reverse, or initiate a chargeback of tuition payments due under this legally binding Enrollment Agreement.
The Student acknowledges that enrollment in the Program constitutes acceptance of full financial responsibility under this Agreement and affirms that all payments made represent authorization for educational services and reserved seat allocation as outlined herein.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM
If a Student withdraws after commencing the Program and attending scheduled course sessions, the Student may be eligible for a prorated refund of tuition based on the number of scheduled course sessions attended.
The prorated refund shall be calculated as follows:

Tuition will be divided by the total number of scheduled course sessions in the Program

One scheduled course session is equivalent to one Program week

The Student will be charged for all scheduled course sessions attended

Tuition will revert to the full Program rate, excluding any discounts, promotional pricing, scholarships, or
special rate adjustments

The $200.00 administrative fee is non-refundable

Books, scrubs, supplies, kits, equipment, and materials are non-refundable No refund will be issued for any scheduled course session attended.
If the Student has attended more scheduled course sessions than paid for, the Student remains responsible for the outstanding tuition balance owed.
NO REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued for:

No-shows
-
Failure to attend scheduled course sessions

Dismissal due to violation of School policies
-
Failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress
-
Failure to meet financial obligations
For purposes of determining withdrawal, a Student shall be deemed withdrawn on the earlier of:

The date the Student provides written notice of withdrawal; or
-
The date the School terminates enrollment due to failure to comply with academic, attendance, conduct, or financial requirements
Certificates and certifications will not be issued until the Program is completed and all tuition and fees are paid in full.
THIS INSTITUTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT
THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT IS A BINDING AND LEGAL CONTRACT
